Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients:
A potato per person
Grated cheese
Chopped ham
Milk
Method:
To microwave potatoes, first scrub all the dirt off, then prick potatoes on both sides.
Cook on high:
1 potato - 3 minutes
2 potatoes - 6 minutes
3 potatoes - 9 minutes
4 potatoes - 12 minutes
- when the potatoes are cooked, remove the flesh from inside the potato skin and place in a bowl
- add milk to the flesh and mash together
- add some grated cheese and chopped ham
- spoon flesh back into the skin
Reheat for 1 to 2 minutes.
