Fruit Cake

Fruit Cake

1.2 kg mixed fruit, chopped apricots and dates 2 cups fresh orange suit 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder

mix orange juice and fruit and soak for an hour
add flour and baking powder
mix well
press into a cake tin
smooth top with spatula
fan bake at 150°C for an hour or until golden and cooked through
