Rufruit
Rhubarb, 500g
Grapefruit, enough for 50ml of juice
Sugar, 100g add more sugar to taste sweeter
water, 1L
- Chop the rhubarb in small pieces.
- Add Rhubarb the cold water.
- Bring Rhubarb to boil and cook Rhubarb for 10min or until fully softened.
- Allow to cool, strain into bowl to remove fibre.
- Sqeeze grapefruits.
- Dissolve sugar in cup of hot water
- Mix all together.
- Cool and enjoy
