Fruit Crumble
chopped fresh fruit, or 1 tin sliced apple or other fruit (550 - 770 gm)

1 cup plain or wholmeal flour
½ cup soft brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1-2 tsp ground cinnamon or cardamom
150 gm melted butter
- place fruit into an ovenproof dish

- in a bowl combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and ground cinnamon
- stir in the melted butter
- cook at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, until crisp and golden
Serve warm with fruit or plain yoghurt, icecream, or cream
