Easy Chocolate Cake
3 eggs
2 Tblspn milk
125 gm (4 oz) flour
90 gm (3 oz) melted butter
1 Tblspn cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
185 gm (6oz) sugar
- put all ingredients into a bowl
- beat for 5 minutes with an electric beater
- pour into a greased sponge roll tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
- when cool cut in half and fill with cream
- sprinkle top with icing sugar or ice with chocolate icing
