Brigitte's Crackers
 
 cup wholegrain oats (or jumbo oats or oat bran)
1  cups flour
 cup Sesame seeds
1 tsp baking powder
 cup Linseed
2 tsp salt
 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup water
 cup Pumpkin seeds
 cup olive oil
3 tsp Thyme (optional) 3 tsp
Sprinkle of salt before baking (optional)
 
- preheat oven to bake 200° C 
- mix all ingredients  makes quite a wet mix
- divide into ~4 to 6 parts (depending on tray size)
- roll out thinly between 2 sheets of baking paper
- leave on the lower sheet of baking paper and use a long knife to press down into dough to mark where it will later be brokeninto pieces
- bake 200° C on a simple baking tray for 20 to 35 minutes, rotate the trays if necessary to get an even colour
