Icecream
300gms fruit, e.g. feijoa
1 egg white
200gms sugar, to taste
1 Tblspn lemon juice
300ml cream
- whizz the ingredients, except for the cream, in a blender or processor
- separately whip the cream
- fold the two mixtures together in a large bowl
- pour into a 2 litre container and freeze until set
