Meat Loaf

In a large bowl place

• one finely chopped onion
• 1 egg
• a good pinch of mixed herbs
• soft bread crumbs (say 4 toast slices)
• 500 gm sausage meat
• 500 gm lean steak mince

Mix well and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 1 hour at 180°C

Serves 6 to 8
