Ambrosia
500 ml cream
1 kg natural sweetened yoghurt
500 gm frozen fruit mix (berries or blueberries work well)
150-200 gm mini marshmallows or chopped marshmallows
150-200 gm chocolate chips
In a large bowl
- whip the cream until stiff, optionally adding vanilla essence
- fold into whipped cream
- yoghurt
- mini marshmallows
- chocolate chips
- fruit (still frozen)
Chill for an hour or so or overnight
Serve from a bowl or individually in glasses
Garnish with grated chocolate
Makes 2 litres
