Happy Cake Recipe
Ingredients
100g butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa
chopped nuts
icing sugar
Instructions
- Wash your hands
- In a medium sized bowl melt the butter on high for one minute
- Stir in the egg, sugar, and vanilla
- Beat the mixture well
- Stir in the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Use a sieve. Add some chopped nuts if you want to.
- Spread the mixture in a 20cm baking dish. Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes
To add the finishing touch cut out large shapes for eyes, nose, and a mouth and put them on the cake. @)
Sprinkle icing sugar over the cake and carefully lift off the pieces of paper. ;))
