Predator control for Arthur's Pass East
We plan to distribute non-toxic cereal bait pellets by helicopter on 22-24 November, depending on the weather.
Arthur's Pass East will remain open. You are advised not to walk tracks on the days of the operation. Hawdon Shelter Campsite will be closed.
DOC will distribute toxic bait containing 1080 within a month of applying the non-toxic bait.
