Utility: does the recipes provide a feature or function not otherwise in PmWiki
: does the recipe expand or enhance a feature or function already in PmWiki
: does the recipe make PmWiki more useful or usable
Support: is the recipe actively under development or supported by the PmWiki community
Installation: does the installation follow PmWiki best practices
: is the recipe easy to install
: is the recipe easy to configure
Experience: has the recipe provided value in actual use
